The Service

Bitof is a small studio. We offer a website with information about our products, contact channels, and (over time) the ability to purchase and use individual products. The Service is provided "as is" and we are continuously improving it.

Your responsibilities

• Use the Service lawfully and in good faith.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with Bitof.
• You're responsible for keeping any credentials we issue you secure.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, copy, and code (except clearly third-party assets), is owned by Bitof. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended. Nothing here transfers ownership.

Purchases and licenses

When we offer paid products, purchase and refund terms specific to those products will be presented at checkout and govern in case of conflict with these general terms. Until then, no purchase obligations are created by these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
